Here is the link of Official Charts for airports from BRAZIL. I think that will be great if everyone could post some official chart link from each Country that lives, will help so much....

http://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br/aisweb/ (http://www.aisweb.aer.mil.br/aisweb/)

Just enter in CARTAS then write in one of the boxes the ICAO from any airport from Brazil like SBGL (Rio de Janeiro), SBGR (Sao Paulo) etc... and press CONSULTAR

my 2 cents...

Very nice Carlos.
Thanks
If all of us can pitch in with their own Url we can build a good database.
Canadian airports charts are here:

http://www.navcanada.ca/ContentDefinitionFiles/Publications/AeronauticalInfoProducts/CanadianAirportCharts/CanadianAirportCharts_current.pdf (http://www.navcanada.ca/ContentDefinitionFiles/Publications/AeronauticalInfoProducts/CanadianAirportCharts/CanadianAirportCharts_current.pdf)

Unfortunately our "NavCanada" is in to make $$ so the instrument charts are not free.
(Unless one of my Fellow Canadian knows another source??)

I find googling a country followed by the abbreviation AIP nearly always brings up that countrys Aeronautical Information Publication in the 1st few hits...

eg

France AIP

Norway AIP

Spain AIP

UK AIP

etc. etc.

Great idea.
It works but does not always (or easily) leads to free downloadable Instrument Charts.
Plus the language barrier when it is not in English.
As Carlos mentionned, pooling our ressources on that could be interesting.
Just my 2 CA$ ;D

Try this site for free Canadian charts:

Click the Charts tab on the top menu bar (far right).

I can't remember how many times I've flown that DEP procedure. Standard arrival from the UK to Paris.

(or easily) sums it up about right. Most sites I have used have an English translation that is easily found, but not all. And some seem to default back to the home language once you've navigated a few pages in!

And I can't believe some countries upload the charts as marginal quality jpegs!

And why doesn't the US make their AIP freely available?

Failing the official National websites, I turn to Navigraph!

Down under.....??
I hope the following is of some use (I'm a bit out of my depth with regards this), but here [ http://www.aip.net.nz/ (http://www.aip.net.nz/) ] are some New Zealand charts, SID/STARS and other info. Apparently you select Aerodrome Charts, and then if you want the routes, choose Standard Route Clearances.

If, however, this is all hilariously wrong, I apologise  :idiot:

Dean.
