Been googeling and reading forums for days on end, after trying to open my old AV-IFR yoke unit.... and all information and all links go to the defunct Flightlink website.
Then I found this..... and it needs passwords to download !!! Grrrrrrr..... Entered a message there but not sure Ralph is still reading....

Maybe, but that's what I have, and not enough money to buy all the modern fancy stuff, nor the time anymore to learn to do and build it all myself. So I was still hoping to use some of the things I already own.
my comment was not a dig at you personally.. I respect the re use of items if you have them my point is sometimes its just not worth the effort due to either skill set required or time involved to get something so mature to work... that being said there is no such thing as a cheap sim build regardless of level :-)
No offense taken.... :)
There is one more option.
James Price, also a member on this forum (not seen him for a dogs age) 737SimGuy is still using EPIC Cards. If you have questions he may be able to help you.
I believe he lives in California (Bay Area I think) and he may have what you seek.
Trev
Thanks Trev !
UPDATE!!!
I got a reply from Ralph Robinson yesterday! He sent me instructions how to download and install updated software for Windows 10 !!
Working on it now...... cross your fingers !!!

I would respectfully disagree, Bernard. :-)
Back in '97 I received my EPIC system. It took me over a month to get a switch to work, another month to get a single light to work in the sim.
Frustrating and time-consuming, yes.
But for all that time I learned an incredible amount of electronics, programming and overall advanced electronics. I already had a strong background due to my military experience, but the EPIC system was pivotal for my experiences in this hobby.
Lastly I'll add that the EPIC platform to this day, remains the most flexible interface system available. The only limitation is how willing you are to learn deep programming concepts.

I take it that you haven't tried interfacing with the simstack cards from simulator solutions? I think you would change your mind about epic being the most flexible :)
UPDATE: Ralph helped me debug the problems and install updated software. The EPIC board is back on-line and running. Now to find the Flightlink software to link it to a simulator.
In spite of my physical woes (forehead cavity infection with excruciating headaches) we have PROGRESS.

You can download from there but if you have trouble PM me your email address and I can send it to you
Thanks Garys..... but I found the more recent ones on Ralphs website: https://rrelect.com/
He then sent me the passwords and also helped me install the software (which wasn't entirely easy).
Now trying to get the Flightlink software loaded.....
Kudos to Ralph anyway !!
(I remember reading about EPIC zillion years ago !!)

Thank you. Not sure who Bernhard is or how knowledgeable he is, but yes, we are still installing Epic cards in our trainers in Florida as there is nothing else on the market comparable. Oh yes, we did have to hire a programmer. :)

Unfortunately, I cannot hire a programmer
Nor do I have enough time left, I think, to learn it all myself.
Ralph let me know that he hasn't managed to find a solution yet, either ....
So I have started building the cockpit around my old CH Products yoke and am looking to build the switches myself with MobiFlight...
:o
# spooledupdad good for you guys but too much grief for me just documenting that for FAA is a bibical task.and on 74 i never used simstack out of Australia .as we (edward mainly) used aircraft wiring inc of arnic with aircraft panels we went with SOIC seemed painless for edward:-)
