Title: Site Issue
Post by: Bob Reed on December 28, 2010, 10:39:19 AM
SITE COLORS

Gents, the Site is having troubles adapting to our old "Template" and the errors are causing havoc with the posts.  Please bear with the horible colors until we can get this licked.  In the meantime, if you find some things that are hard to read, please be patient, and I will try to get them corrected.

Ok folks. I know the issue is there and I just replied to Flyboyandre's post and it is now blank. This is an issue since the update looking into it now. If your post has been blanked, please re post it. No ones posts have been removed.

Hmmm It was there before I responded to it. And once I responded to it it went poof. This is not the first post this has happened to and the error log is going crazy. Scratching my head......

I also have to say I love the new colors. Rather bland but very easy on my not so terrific vision.

3 to 1 so far Jack. You look out-numbered   :). However, a light blue background would also be much easier on the eyes than the old dark blue background.

I'm with Jack and Maurice . . maybe a little too bright . . I must have that same problem Jack!  Maybe a light blue or light grey like Maurice suggested . . just to tone the bright white down a little . . is a lot easier to read though      ;D

I also agree with the old fart :) even though I'm an old fart too!

I liked the old format better.

It was a shock when I opened up the site this morning, thought I was somewhere else  ???

Cheers

Well, we are stuck with the new colors for now, as I am at a family Gathering.  I will work on the colors when I return after the new year.  Hope you old farts can hang on for a little while.
