Does anyone know the correct name of this window liner? And what is the reason for his weird shape (function)?

Hi Clement.

The "official" name according to the parts catalog is "PAD ASSY UPPER LH SIDE" (and RH SIDE)

The shape is to cover the top of the side window locking handle to prevent accidental opening of the side windows, and offer impact protection to the flight crew.

You can see them above the handles at the front of the 2 side windows
