Title: Activation Key

Dear Luis:

On wednesday I bought a licence of your excelent product by paypal
and I don't know why mi code changes I think is because I was
trying to creat a home network to connect your softwere in a client PC
and de IP address changes before I entered the key,  son i´m not able
to activate the software with the key that you sent to me. Luis I dont
know if you have a phone number where I can call you, to see if you
can help me with these problem or if you can help me by these way much
better, You don´t know how disappointed I am of not being able to use
your product, I have to wait to much to be able to buy your product,
so I hope you can help me soon.

Dear Sir,

I'm sorry for your frustration.  I sent you yesterday the KEY for your new CODE.  Please let me know if you need further help.

Note that the CODE generated by iStation is computer and hardware specific, so certain changes to your system have the potential to change the CODE.  No problem.  Just e-mail us and we'll send you your new KEY.

Please let us know if the KEY I sent you yesterday solved the problem successfully.
