Instructor station crashed first time I used it

Every time I try to run it, I get the flash screen, then a windows error pops up.  Latest version of.net installed, so it isn't that.  I am running this PC on XP as part of a 4 PC Gigabit network which operates the simulator.

I have tried uninstalling and running again, but no go, so I can't even get the key to send off to license it.

Help appreciated.
