Hello, Gentleman

Kyle and I discussed last evening that we will be putting together the schedule the week of October 7th 2019.  Please make sure you have filled out your pilot availability prior to October 7th.  Failing that, if you Join the Group after the schedule is made, you can always pick up extra flights and or switch with other pilots as long as you notify Kyle in advance of said switch.

Thanks for your cooperation, and we look forward to seeing you in November.

***NOTE:  As was mentioned prior, Nobody will be added to the schedule until their donations have been confirmed. ***

Best regards,

Trev

Hi all,

I am working on the schedule. There are a few bugs I need to get sorted out.
I'm aiming to have it done and posted by Monday at the latest.

Oh Boy!

Chief Pilot is really slacking. Guess I should have nudged you a little sooner.

if I had you drinking beer, you probably would be better equipped to deal with the excel <REF#> Errors lol

Morning Gents,

After many hours of messing around with the schedule we finally have Draft1.  Please understand we have done our best to work within your availability and may have missed something.  But tried to give everyone a fare shake based on their availability.

Please let us know right away if there is something posted that you can't do.

Without further ado....
