How to solve credit crisis.

A llttle town in a remote area....Joe Greenspan parks his car in front of the local crappy Hotel and asks for a room reservation for the next night.
He gives a $100 bill to the manager as a deposit and leaves.
The Manager immediatly goes to the Butcher Shop and gives him the $100 bill to settle what he owed him. Seeing that,the Butcher goes to the local pub and pays his tab with the same bill.
The Pub owner then calls the local "Girl" and pays her for what he got "on credit" the night before.
Happy as pie, the Girl then rushes to the Hotel and pays the "short term room rentals" she owed to the Manager.
Enters Joe Greenspan who cancels his reservation and gets his $100 bill back.
Morale: No money has been spent but all debts have been paid off!!
