Title: Nylon washers
Post by: jackpilot on February 03, 2010, 08:49:03 AM
A simple way to make them, custom size, out of any Windshield fluid container.
That stuff is as good as teflon (for what we use it for!)

Damn you!!! I made mine a long time ago the hard way by cutting them out with an X-acto knife and I thought I was smart then  :(. Blow my bubbles why don't you  ;D

Can I get 10,000 of them for next Friday?

Steve, the problem is not about the method but assuming I can get 50 out of one container, that's 200 winshield washer jugs, or roughly 800 liters  of winshield fluid.
Means I have to go to Toronto and back 100 times , or 10 times a day, (10 days )assuming the roads are wet and salty and I follow 18 wheelers , which cant be because at 10 round trips a day I have to drive at Hyper speed .....
well sorry,...lol

It's a great idea and I have used metal ones for washers before. Only because they were laying around. I like the plastic and holesaw idea.

Nice going!

I have to agree with Steve.  What an amazing idea.  Man the number of times I could have used something like that...

:idiot:

Thanks Jack,
