Just an update on the TQ.
I tried different systems for the Flap lever spring loading.
Found out that a compression spring gives a better solid feeling/resistance than an extension spring (maybe in my head only).
My first system used Keenex gears and a rod sliding up and down in a metal block.(see pic)
I kept the same idea with some improvements.
The axle is in the block itself.
Now the Flap Lever is in an independent assembly, not attached to the main TQ axle, which makes it easier to position and to repair/maintain/improve if needed.
The lever is rock solid and has no play, in this case friction is adjusted by torquing the nut axle. It slides up a good inch which is far enough for the notched gate.
Interfacing will be a slider pot and FSUIPC.
Of course the MDF wall is just a template. Will be alu.

Some update:
The levers are nearly ready.
Flaps and speed brake have their own assembly (not on the main axle) with spring loading and friction system.
Power levers still need to be bolted on their lower part which will integrate the clutches  (which I should get this week)
....TBC
