Hello all,
Well, turned out i had a tape measure in my flight bag from when i did some Glare measurements. Anyhow i got some cb panel measurements from a 73-900. Also looks like the whole cutout for the cb's are 7/16 inch diameter. Hard to tell because there were no places with just the hole to measure. The caps that you see on unused cb locations are 5/8 inch diameter.

Hope this helps, good luck with the printing Jack.
