As we are getting closer to the event with Just over 2 weeks to go, We have some more housekeeping things for you to take care of prior to your arrival.
#1. If you haven't made your Pilot Donations Yet, Please send the copies off to me as soon as possible.
#2. Review the Schedule #2 Draft, I will be posting it as Final This Friday and it will be locked.
#3. Please Print and Sign the attached Release, and bring it with you when you come. *** Must be filled out to participate ***
#4. Reminder: We are spending the week at somebody's HOME, and Raising Funds for a very special charity. Please keep that in mind with everything you do.
#5. Be prepared to have a lot of FUN.

I'd also like to add that Sam, our gracious and generous host, always makes sure that SRQ WF pilots are well-fed and hydrated throughout the week. Let's all make sure that we take care of Sam! :) ;D :D

I already placed a copy of the waiver in my car, in case of a case
of early Alzheimer's.
I guess I'll find out about the grog when I arrive.
PS: I will need directions for my GPS, I am driving there.

Lol. Now that's funny. I never thought of that. Maybe I should have included it. Ha ha perhaps I have Alzheimer's. Well come to think of it. After a few beers I know I forget stuff. Lol
