Hi guys,

I am trying to logon to the above and have forgotten my password. When I try to ask for a
reminder it asks for your email address and below that it has "image verification", which I assume is an anti bot device. Trouble is there is no image to verify??????

any help greatly appreciated.

But are you trying on desktop or mobile

Yes I realized it is a different site but as I understand it many users use both and as I couldn't logon to the other site I thought that I would ask the question here. The same problem appears
on either a desktop PC or a tablet.

However I have now found another post which suggests that this is a problem
the other site has had for over six months.
