Smolensk Crash Black Box Simulation

There is one bit that the commentator  got a bit wrong. At 31:58 he mentions that the Pilot In Command sets the air pressure in the PIC's main altimeter but the other altimeters stay the same including that of the other Pilot in Command  that was located nearby.

They had TWO Pilots In Command???? My guess is the commentator has no idea what he is saying.   :-\

Why Poland is still saying the ATC is at fault when you hear this cockpit voice recorder playback is beyond me... This really does seem like pilot error.
