Does anyone have the Citation Mustang cockpit measurements for the main instrument panel and the windsheilds?

Be patient John, there are a couple guys here have built Mustangs. So I think you will get what you need.

You may also ask directly Cessna .
North american manufacturer are most often willing to help with  info.
Over the years, I got complete manuals and pinouts from Companies like Gables, Weber, Delco etc
