Hi,
I have OEM eyebrows and roof panels, but something does not fit properly with the rest of cockpit.

Since I have found no useful pictures, I must guess, as everything looks from below.
I have been dealing with the problem for weeks, without success.
I found a picture with a upper panel from the front window frame....
.....no plan how long and wide, wether only under the OVH or over the entire width of the front disc.

I could tinker something together, but that is not sense of the thing.
Maybe someone has a good picture that was made from bottom to top or a good tip for me.
Maybe this helps me a bit further.

You may find some useful pictures on my flickr photostrem from my original shell build where I used the same real parts you have. All fitted my frame very nicely. Sorry I dont have measurements as I have long since replaced with fds shell and liners but these old pictures may help you.

That actual piece in the NG is a lot longer. I'll measure the length and width of the real one tomorrow for you.

A picture or video swing of this part from the perspective of the bottom up over the entire width would be perfect.

year of manufacture "me": 1963
I´m a little bit frustrated....nothing fits together.
The tolerances have so far been around 1%.
This will probably be the first time I am far away from reality.
I would have to tear the whole front and rebuild for the 4th time....no way!
If you do not have the chance to take the measurements at an original B738
or get original parts without anger with the customs authorities and high fees....
...it will be very difficult to achieve a good result.
There you have invaluable advantages......you can be lucky.
I would have to build a Tupolev TU-144 or Concorde.

I do not think that the 727-737 cockpit has substantially changed over the years.
If the upper part of your sim may is correct , then just trim your ceiling panels so that they fit.
Being fairly recent (2001) they maybe different as I do not remember when the upper windows (eyebrows) were discontinued.
The eyebrows cannot be trimmed though.
Being 100% authentic is often irrealistic and time consuming for a result that nobody, but you, will notice.
