Hi Guys..
If any of you can dig through your boxes of old parts, and can locate an FDS G2 Efis Module that has the 34 pin ribbon connector on it, I would be interested in purchasing it. I have the captain side only and would like the matching FO side for in my pedestal.
Thanks
Trev
If you skip the baro and mins encoders, the dummy can be wired relatively easily and interfaced with a joystick card and FSUIPC. ..Just inputs.
From memory the G2 was shared with CPFlight, maybe a CPFlight EFIS would work.

Your 100% right.. I totally thought about this.. But it would be a cleaner install if there was another.
It would be interesting to see if a cpflight one would work.
In anycase, just putting it out there.. I am sure some people out there have the new FDS stuff, and some old stuff sitting in a box somewhere. :)
Try Nat.. ;)
Ive got a complete G2 MCP/EFISx2 but prefer to sell together.
Nat
I understand Nat. Thanks
Hi Trev:
I might have what you need, unless my wife threw it away without me noticing :) . Mine is also attached to the MCP but one of the digits in it is burned out.
I have both EFIS. I will look in my junkyard and see if it is still there, then I will get back to you.
Joaquin
Joaquin, if you have any of that kicking around please let me know.
I appreciate you looking for me.
Thanks.

No worries Bud. We all have lots on the go. Take your time.

Hi Trev.
No luck. It seems that the module was trashed.
I am sorry.
Keep looking.
Joaquin
Thanks Joaquin. I will keep looking.
