Hi guys,

I am looking for any mechanical drawings or maintenance documents of the 737 FWD stab trim cable drum.

I am researching the possibility of removing the cable drum from the rest of the mechanism in order to save space and weight below my real cockpit.
In order to save time in dissasembly and reassembly of the unit im hoping to find any documents that wil help me.

(picture attatched is not my photo or cockpit, it is the best picture of the unit i could find at the moment)

Thanks,

Mike

These are for the NG, but the setup is quite similar.

This is the Maintenance manual section for the flight controls and the parts manual for the same. (parts diagrams are quite helpful to see how things go together.)

Some of the the other guys here might have the Classic series documents (unless of course you have an NG shell!)

Thanks,

Very helpful indeed!
Unfortunately dont have the funds for a real ng shell. but a -400 shell will do the job just fine...
Cant wait to get started
