I always wondered how the pilots got into their seats in the modern cockpits... then I found this site that sell rails for the seats and all is clear...

I've only just come across these guys who make them... http://www.revolution-simproducts.com - Any of you 737NG guys use them (especially as Cockpitbuilders.com is their first link hehe)?

Not for rails but I have the throttle.

I think there is a difference if you are using Weber vs IPECO seats.
Less than 4 years to retirement......
