Here are the measurements provided by Jackpilot.  For some reason I ws unable to copy the post, however I have moved this to it's own thread for furture reference. This Tiller handle Jack got from Nick at Airline Pilots Historical society.

Beware, some dimensions (all in mm) do not add up as the thing is dished.
The angles can be measured on the picture itself.
