Hello,

I've been desktop sim'ming since flight simulator 2004 and all the way up to Xplane 10 which is my current desktop rig. ive always had the dream to expand past the desktop and figured i as i want to move from the desktop into something more realistic.

the plan is to use Xplane 10 and build either the 737 or 747 or the 777. need to finalize which one im gonna do.

That's a tough one as there are so many good choices but in x-plane, I would check out FlyJSim 737-200,  The soon to be released IEXG 737-300 which is PMDG quality,  FlyJSim 727-200, WF 777 and 757.

Agree with Rob and your decision will be driven by the space you have available.
737 is the smallest airliner you can get.
Cheers
