For those of us trying to keep costs down to a minimum here is a AutoBrake Panel with the positions adjusted to use with 30 Degree Rotary Switches. There is an .ai and an aspire and a .tap

The tap file is :-- start with 10 degree engrave bit to depth .5mm then a 3mm end mill to cut the holes and profile cut

Colin,

What font are you using, MS33558? I use Vcarve Pro and have had a horrible experience engraving small TrueType fonts. What spindle/router rpm and feed rates are you using?

Also what type toolpath are you using to engrave this font? With TTF I tried V-carving and profile and didn't like either result.

yes that is the font. I use a 10 degree engraving bit. and i use the v carve toolpath at .5mm
I spray the panel with auto spray cans and stipple the white in with water based white gloss and wipe with a wet cloth

Spindle speed anything between 19000 and 21000
