Well for the temporary I need to be able to control  a dual throttle with a single axes. Normally this is not a problem.. But on start up of this aircraft it is. Need to be able to run the lean rich axis independently during the start up procedure.. Any ideas?

Bob,

I take it you have a throttle/Mixture/Prop setup (such as on a CH Yoke), but want to control dual throttles with one lever, leaving two for mixture and prop?  Is that correct?

If so, you should be able to map all throttles to one axis via FSUIPC.

I may be misunderstanding... forgive me if I am.

Well close.... What I want to do is split the mixture, just for start up and then un split them . It is a temporary thing that is wh yI was hoping it would not be too hard....

If it is temporary, You can use two pushbuttons of a joystick, assign to mixt full rich 1 and mixt full rich 2.
After that use your lever.
