Is there anyway to use actual program on a screen set behind this for example radar or something of that sort that actually works? Just sayin

That is what I am going to do. LCD hehind them and use them as my main panels.

Any idea on the size? They look to be scaled down to me, as is some of their other equipment. If they are close to actual, I think these have potential.

They are 100% to scale... I know guys that have them and real ones.. Identical.....

They look a lot like the MFDs I hand made for my old lockon pit

Here they are lit up with backlighting EL sheets and inserts in the middle.   I made them similiar to the old Masterpilot ones where you coudl put whatever you wanted in the middle.   They could easiely have the back middle cutout for screens if one chose.    I hand wired all the buttons to DB25 connectors so they could be easily detached.  THe mating db25 with wriing was hookded to my Hagstrom KE108 card so I could program each button for whatever I chose.    In this picture I had them as part of my Generic sim/combat it along with my Thrustmaster Hotas.   Was a great setup.    I still have these mfds if anyone is interested in them.   I can give you more details and you can just make me a reasonable offer.   you would need your own interface board but I would include the EL backlighting sheets and the inverter.
