After not being able to mail gables (invalid mail) i am trying to sort this myself.

Has anyone any experience of identifying the common for the rotators?

If i know the common. I should be absle to read input signals from all the other pins and map the values from the radio displays.

The boards are just diodes. But i am stuck with identifying the common for the mechanism that changes the bit signals.

Hm... do i make any sence?

Found it!

The common is these two pins for each wheel. The first wheel is tenth and the other one is while units.

Now its just to hook up 8-10 cables for each wheel, then turn and read! :)
