Flightdeck Solutions, Ltd (FDS) announced today it has been awarded a multi-project contract from the Federal Aviation Authority’s William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City.  This contract is for a complete FDS-A320-FBPT (Fixed Base Procedural Trainer) that will be employed for research and development purposes as well as a secondary device designed to explore new approaches to simulation design.

“FDS has been supplying parts and assemblies to the FAA since our earliest days. We look forward to the delivery of this order and pushing forward on new projects outlined by the team there” said Peter Cos, President (FDS).

FDS will deliver the A320 FBPT in Q1/2010.  FDS continues to work with the FAA on their Research Devices including A320 and components and full mock-ups for marketing and development.
