However, nothing is final until we say it is final..  Things can still change, I don't have feedback from everyone yet and until I do, I can't finalize anything.

You know I'm good with it.

One small thought- I do not come to the site but just a few times a week. Might be others  planning on participating that do the same thing. However, I also realize that there have been several emails sent out too to confirm folks' participation.

Guys, Bob and Trevor have busted their rear ends to organize this and Sam has put in lots of time and investment to make the event a great occasion. Let's try to be sure to let the organizers know that we definitely will be there or that there may be an issue.

I know for myself, I am trying to decide just what all to bring to show and tell. For those not in the know, the plan is to bring down quite a bit of items to show to folks and also do some give a ways, etc. for participation. The sooner these guys know for certain about attendance (barring family or natural disaster) the better event it can be.

Thanks,
Eric Tomlin

I will be revamping the flight list again tonight to accommodate the changes to personal.

Everyone will need to look again after tonight to see if the revised assignments will work. I will post back here when this is completed.

Flight Schedule has been updated again.

Please check again to see all of your flights.  Some may have more now, and others were just moved around.  I really am finding it difficult to arrange this without all the feedback.

Thanks to all of you who are posting here and updating me.

I am there for the entire event, so whatever you set me up for is fine.

FredK

Trev -  Hang in there with this!  It has to conclude at some point!

The changes look fine here.

Thanks Fred...

The Scheduling is not the problem...  Its the fact people that commit keep dropping out..  So I have just updated the list again, and I am pretty sure this will be the last revision.  Everyone else has plane tickets LOL

Please check for your flights.

*** NOTE ***  Seems very lop sided for some pilots and I am going to say this...  During the event people are going to get tired and want a break, and there will be those that want to take their spot..

We have no issues with this....  We will all need to work as a team as some flights will be longer then others and some people will be very tired.  So although the schedule is made, it isn't written in stone.

Best regards,

Trev

The revised schedule is fine with me.

Thanks again for all the hard work in pulling this together.  This event should be great fun and a unique learning experience for all.  Even if we have to miss a Route segment or two...  or three...   it still will be for a good cause.  In addition, the fellowship centered around the CBWF theme should be inspiring.  I'm looking forward to this!
