Not sure what the rest of you builders do, but I find having a technical logbook to list all my squawks and modifications, (not to mention flight time), has come in quite handy and saved me hours and hours of troubleshooting when a re-occurring problem occurs.

I do log every flight. I agree that it has proven very helpful in tracking down issues that crop up along the way.

Actually I have two separate logs.....a "sim" log that records all changes to the sim and a "flight" log that records anomalies on any flight.
