FLIGHTSIMEXPO - 2018 "It's Vegas Baby"
More than 30 flight simulation developers have made an initial commitment to attending FlightSimExpo, North America's community-driven flight simulation conference. The event takes place at Flamingo Las Vegas Resort on June 9-10, 2018. The event consists of both a tradeshow floor and a conference room. FlightSimExpo 2018 will feature a variety of interactive exhibits, and a host of educational and informative seminars from professionals across the aviation and flight simulation industries. In addition, there will be social events after conference hours for networking and connecting with other simulation enthusiasts, aviation professionals, and developers from across the simulation industry.
Cockpitbuilders.com is an official Media Partner, and we support this event to the fullest.
FlightSimExpo truly community-driven: the venue, host city, and event activities have all been determined by feedback from the community and developers. FlightSimExpo is an all-ages event, in a host city where there are great and inexpensive activities for families, individuals, and groups all nearby. The conference is working on partnering with local attractions, and bringing in top-tier speakers (Like Matt Ford)
Early bird registration is available until February 1 for just $50.
Discounted event rates for the hotel are approximately $135/night including all taxes and fees, over a 3-night stay. Attendees can register for the event online, and book rooms at www.flightsimexpo.com/hotel (https://www.flightsimexpo.com/hotel).
Visit www.flightsimexpo.com (https://www.flightsimexpo.com) for more information about the event, venue, and pricing. Interested attendees are also encouraged to follow FSExpo on Twitter (@FlightSimExpo) and like the conference on Facebook (www.facebook.com/FlightSimExpo (https://facebook.com/FlightSimExpo)) for updates.

I just spoke with my CFO (Aka: Wife :-) ) and I might be attending this event...
I also will be attending.
I will look forward to seeing you guys there.
Perhaps we need to think about organizing a Cockpitbuilders social event?
Or even an afternoon agenda of some kind to present/share information?
Fred K
I would encourage this event guys.... Get together and Have a few laughs.. I would love to come, but I have other commitments in June that prevent me from attending.

Ray, I might be attending as well!
Hi all, Evan from FlightSimExpo here. I'm sure many of you saw the news across the flight simulation sites this week, but if not:
- FSExpo now has more than 35 confirmed exhibitors.
- A new announcement we've just made is "The Squawkbox", a meet-and-greet booth on the exhibitor floor that will feature a number of speakers, experts, and scenery developers. Both Tom Gauvin and Matt Ford will be there from 1-3pm on Sunday so interested attendees can ask questions and share tips and tricks.
- Confirmation that PMDG's Robert S. Randazzo will be speaking at the event, announcing the world premiere of a new PMDG product line that has been in planning and development since 2008 but has never been announced to the public.
- Remember to check out the FlightSimExpo Facebook and Twitter pages this week; from Monday to Friday at 11am ET, you'll have a chance to win hotel upgrades, flight simulation add-ons, and other great prizes: https://www.facebook.com/FlightSimExpo/. (https://www.facebook.com/FlightSimExpo/.)

Fantastic! Thanks for the support. I'm really looking forward the event this year, and to keeping in touch as we get set for 2019.
Folks - the Expo staff have released the mobile app and it's great. Take the time to download it and get registered. Nice community features.
I'll have tons of stuff for sale during the expo.
What's this elusive app called? I can't find anything regarding this event in the Apple App Library....
Go to the link for the expo on this web site, they discuss it there. The app name is Whova. But just donw loading the app may not work. The link on the expo site sets up the app to be focused on this particular expo, since the app is an expo generic app also.
Hmm... I've clicked on every link on their website and can't find it. Is there a direct link to it?

Was in an email they sent me.
I wish I could come too, I am making a trip to Dallas at the same time ... Have a good time, and post some pics.
