Ok so before you say turn stuff down here are my machine specs. i7 second gen 2.80. No not over clocked. 16gbs of ram. Nvidia GTX 780 with 3.5gbs of ram and even when I am pulling over 100 frames I am getting the fogies. What am I missing here?
