Is anyone else running into CTD due to out of memory issues with V5 of Prepared?

When I ran my exact same set up in v4.5 no issues.  I now have lowered my settings lower than 4.5, and removed all AI traffic and stopped using AS2016 weather. Still have issues.

I am Running 2 Nivida 1080 8mb cards NOT in SLI
with 4 55 inch monitor and a 9900k @ 5ghz.

Turned of Enhanced Atmospherics (Beta) as Trev suggested.
and even turned off volumetric fog and my system just seems to struggle more than under 4.5.

I would be interested to know what others are seeing out there.

UPDATE:

So it turns out that it apparently isn't a Vram or Dramm issue?!

I ran another flight, KSEA to KDEN with task manager running on top of the sim.  I observed the rash occurring when all but two of my CPU cores reached 100 percent.

This is when I got the message that I had run out of memory and to quit the simulator and choose different scenery or lower my settings.

Video card ram was 3.9 of 6.9 used
computer Ram was 7.1 of 16 used
cache ram was 950mb

can anyone give any ideas as to what i have going on here?  I guess I just could go back to P3Dv 4.5 and be done with all this nonsense.

It's an odd problem. I have 64GB of RAM and a gtx1080ti with 11GB VRAM. I've run pmdg 747 panc to RPLL no crash but then short hoos in tfdi 717 or A2A 172 and have had crashes. For me it's just so random

OMG your using AS2016?  I missed that you said that last night.  I guarantee that will also cause you crashes.

You Need ASP3D.

That would be a good chunk of your problem.

Run with no weather program and see if you get crashes.

You get random crashes huh?  Mine are every time. I wonder if i have a corrupt file.

I have also installed ORBX scenery and Flightbeam Airports.  Any reports of those causing issues?

I run FSDT, Taxi2Gate, FlightBeam, Orbx, Active Sky.

I also get odd multicolored squares in parts of the cockpit on certain planes. All except TFDI are V4 version dragged over. TFDI is a V5 installer.  What they have in common is all use TrueGlass

Update to the UPDATE:

I ended up running the repair option in P3Dv5.  Afterwards I could complete my KSEA to KDEN flight.  Although very interesting, odd scenery was viewed after passing over the mountains.  Around the Denver area the ORBX scenery looked like i was flying over massive lakes or was it an ocean with snipets of land poking up...Also My Denver Airport was not correct afterwards either.

Most important, I'm back into the friendly skies....

I noticed an issue with the SODE V1.7 that caused everything to Look wet in V5.  Maybe double check and uninstall your SODE from the Programs & Features screen in windows.

I am glad things are looking up for you James.  I Completely removed my 4.5 Installation now, because my V5 is so stable.

Trev

Trev, that is AWESOME that you have P3Dv5 so stable.  That is my goal as well. I will check into SODE 1.7 too. Thanks for the tip.

Question for ya, what offsets are you using for your transponder?
