Trev and all,
I have seen mny people using 32" 1920x1080 for these. However in my neck of the woods(NZ) there is virtually nothing in this res. They are mainly 1368x720. As the Pilots side is very close how much dose the lower res affect the view.
Trv, i know use monitors for side views, what size, res are the ones you use.Or are yours large ones and wrap right around.
Thanks and any input would be appreciated.

Hi Les,

I am using 19" Wide Screen computer monitors for my Side views.  But in reality they are too close to me and would suggest standard HD TV's

Thats why the 1980 X 1080 resolution (HD TV)

Most people elect to go this resolution.  Keep in mind, just because it is capable of doing the large resolution, doesn't mean you have to run it at that resolution.

My $0.2 worth, is look for the best Television Deal you can find 32" or 42" or 48" and get those.  Install them about 18" outside your side windows and have at er.

Thanks trev,
Were your side monitors mounted central to the center one or where.
What did you use to align everything.

Actually they are darn close to being aligned with the bottom of the front view.

I undocked 3 Virtual cockpit views and played with the zoom focal point, FOV and eyepoint "View Groups also work well there is a tutorial on the net".

Basically just aligned the horizon as best as possible
