In trying to compute some of the routes in PFPX, it seems that there might be a restriction limit on the 737-800 to an ETOPS of 180 minutes, which is about 1100 nm.  For a destination like FSIA, there doesn't appear to be an Alternate within that range.

I tried to manually re-configure the aircraft ETOPS setting to 240 minutes, but PFPX didn't seem to save it, so it doesn't expand the destination circle on the Map allowing Alternated to be in the range.

Any thoughts on how this can be corrected?

A friend gave me a link to an AeroSoft's "open forum", that give a good run down on ETOPS and Oceanic Procedures.  It may be of interest to others...  Credit for this document goes to Belisar Hoxholli
