Title: 737-800 galley measurements
Post by: cbruce on March 27, 2017, 06:34:05 AM
Hi

I want to create an entrance to my cockpit via the main left door exit, into the galley, then turn left to the cockpit.  So I am trying to find measurements from the cockpit door back to the rear of the forward galley, including the front toilet area and measurements of the main front exit doors

If anyone can help I would appreciate very much

Best
Charles

We all dream of doing that  :D

I would suggest building it custom (after all it is a private jet  (lol)
Or book your next flight on a 737 and take a tape measure with you
Or ask Mike Leavy (member here)about it..

There's no way a flight attendant will let me stand there in the galley for any more time then it takes to either get in the cockpit or out! Most of the time I barely have enough room to exit the airplane after a flight because their both standing there saying goodbye to pax lol.  They are extremely busy during boarding and deplaning.

I would honestly just suggest looking a galley pics online and making your own based on them.  It's not like needing measurement for a MIP or radio bay.  Kwim?
