Lol, Brisket has to be handled with a lot of love. This time it was 12 hours and I was tired when it was all over ;)

1.  The brisket is to die for.  Veeerry good stuff!

2.  The Pastrami is essentially joy as a sandwich filling.  It didn't last long, especially after my wife bought me some good Rye bread to go with it. :D

Oh Scott, I just need to keep busy while waiting. The seats are on their way from Nick at APHS and I have stby instruments coming from Joe after winning the ebay auction.
