Hi Lance

First you need a real frame or a good quality repro with Dzus rails and panels with metal backers if you want to use these toggles as the pull force is to be considered.
Cost might be an issue too at 30-50 a pop.

Sorry I have the complete Overhead already just want to up grade to locking toggles?

Yep, just mentioning that the frame and panels backers have to be sturdy  to withstand those expensive buggers! :D
