Title: simknobs
Post by: nihad on October 24, 2010, 01:32:06 AM
IMPORTANT NOTICE

Regretfully I have to announce that As of December 31st 2010 -  SIMKNOBS will no longer continue to trade.

This decision was a very hard one to make, but unfortunately due to various reasons, I cannot carry-on any longer.

SIMKNOBS will no longer take new orders, however we are working hard to finish all the backlog orders - so if you already have an order with us - be sure it will be delivered in due time.

It was quite a long but interesting journey, in which I was able to meet and know some wonderful people all over the globe.

I wish to thank each and every one of you for your support and friendship.

Sorry to hear this, but it's a decision well thought of, I guess.

All the best.

Sorry to hear that Nihad.   I guess that means the knobs I got from you will now be worth their weight in gold!

They are finally taking their place on my mip.  Pictures soon....

Are you going to sell the business?

Scott

Hopefully it will be delivered soon by Nihad.
Send an email three weeks ago but having no response yet.

Thanks

I've not had a response to my last 2 emails, neither. Order and payment for an oxygen panel made March 2010. I really hope he can complete his pledge to fulfil existing orders.

Seems like loads of businesses are going out of... business... with this recession. Annoying thing is I just saw "simknobs" and was looking to see if I could buy some. I just guess home cockpit parts are a very niche market.

That is sad news. I know Nihad was contemplating closing shop last year but then resumed business. I hope that this separation will be a short one as the quality of Nihad's work was amazing.
