Level D 767 autothrottles

I use PFC fight controls, older type not usb. I flew the level D 767 for the first time yesterday, great aircraft model. I have two problems. First, when using the flight controls the autothrottles do not work. If I turn the PFC controls off the autothrottles work fine, I have checked the box in the Level D program to inhibit the throttles during A/T use. Second, the only way to disengage the autopilot is with the master autopilot control on the Go Flight MCPPRO, the yoke button does not work. Thanks for any help.
