Hi,

Does anyone know if "Instructor Station" by Luis Gordo can accommodate other aircraft like a Cessna 172?

Thanks!

saabpilot

I believe so, but then some "tabs" will not work like "FAILURES" and Project Magenta related things.
The best (and useful) things like custom weather setting, positioning etc. I suppose will work  as they are not aircraft related.

There are Young Pilots there are Bold Pilots but no Bold and Old Pilots.

Hi Pilotgil,

The Instructor Station will work perfectly with any GA aircraft like the Cessna 172.  Of course, Project Magenta related features will not apply, but there are generic failures built-in, so you can, for example, fail your vacuum system in the 172 (failures tab), and the attitude and heading indicators will not work).

I fly the C172 in real life and can tell you that iStation is perfectly compatible with the 172!

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to post in the iStation forum, or send me an email.

Best regards,
Luis Gordo

Thanks Luis! I will purchase the Instructor Station.

Sounds great. Something worth thinking about when I have my 172 pit up and running.

Luis, any plans on expanding IS to ProSim737, PMDG, etc? Or any feedback about how IS works with a system other than PM?
