Just a small tip to the users with CP Flight B737EL MCP:s,

I got 5 new knobs from Jacob in Sweden and they do look superb on my CP Flight 737EL MCP.
The original are standard knobs from electric supply outlets, but those are molded copies, painted and labelled exactly like the original thing.
Not cheap though - 99 € per set - if you want them send Jacob a mail to:   info / at / knobs.se       ( website www.knobs.se/ )

Super easy change, I used a screwdriver between the panel and the old knob as they are just pushed on the axis.
The new ones fitted exactly and are hold by 2 locking screws.

Highly recommended, and the attached photos here does not give justice to them.

There are Young Pilots there are Bold Pilots but no Bold and Old Pilots.

they look great and add that touch more realism but $99 dolars  is a little steep can you tell us if they come painted as in the photo or did you do that yourself?

This looks fantastic. Should be well worth the money. The price might look high, but remember its not a mass production, so 100 euro a set is not so bad. The real ones sell at around 400 usd each for a new one...

Looking forward to buy a set  :)

I do everything!

From prototyp, to mold to finnished knob. Different type of primers and paint layer.

You can read abut the process on my page under "About Knobs".

The problem whit the knobs is the mold. The mold break after some time.

A injection mold cost 4000 euro and upp, I cant simply afford that. No market for that.

This is one time opportunity before I get tiered of making knobs.

Hi al!

It is possible to buy MCP knobs on my page. They probably work on Opencockpits MCP to.

Go to knobs.se and klick on shop.

In the bottom of the page there is a PayPal button.

I think I will finish 4 sets this weekend.

Best regards Jacob.
