I know, Project Magenta is old news.. No one wants to use it anymore...BUT..... I have worked with them all in the last 3 years. All the "Big" names..... I can completely set up a full avionics package in three hours and have it fully functional.. Minus waiting for a key. It just works and for what it is worth, it is rock solid. I was shipped a overhead all the way from Seattle. It uses Phidgets, I know another old, outdated thing... I fixed a few wires, installed PMSystems put the phidgets.txt file in the root directory of PMSystems, fired it up and it works.... And get this.. In X-Plane! I will stick with what works thank you very much... Ok the others are good too but I just had to say this!
Most excellent news that it is working great for you, even in XPlane!
I know that I have used PM systems since 2001 and have always been happy with it. Now that I am thinking of transitioning to XPlane 10, thanks to Bob and Ray, i would like to stay with PM systems to do that.
So thank you Bob for blazing a trail in which I will most likely go down my self!
