If that kind of companies spent their time ACTUALLY MAKING NEW STUFF in stead of trying to grab other people's money because of laziness, the world would evolve quite a bit more!

Misusing the law has become the black plague of our time. Where is Nathan Ford* when you need him?

My bet is that such companies try to reach settlements outside court. They don't have a case, but rely on the "legal scare tactics".

Should anybody be able to patent a way to do this or that? Maybe I should make a toilet paper holder and patent the "paper out" method as a vital part of my design? It makes just as much sense to me...
