Project Magenta's New Website
From Enrico Schiratti "We rolled out the new Project Magenta website. It will allow our professional and private customers to have an improved access to documentation, software updates, tools information about our software. Being based on a modern and reliable system which has a vast array of potentially useful plugins and allows for some custom development that we have in mind, it should prove to be a very useful resource for everyone involved. So whether you are a customer or just browsing, please register as a user on our website. We will be adding notifications about new features as our website grows step by step."

Curious to know from anyone still using PM for the 737 how good their product and support is these days.   Send me a PM please.

Thank you,
Scott

I believe Enrico still has a huge user base and he will hopefully continue to have so.

The programs are good and in a continuous progress and update.
Because of the progress it has now and then appeared software bugs in the builds.
Natural for this type of software and the bugs have been addressed fast by PM.
The ease of setup and the very small computer requirements are a positive.
Support is good even if there have been some complaints in the forums.
PM is sort of a "standard" in B737 software and addons like Thomas Richters and some hardware depends on PM only.

ProSim - a new player - offers a somewhat different B737 suite.
It is in Beta now and as such free of charge as it is still developed.
Takes a heavier toll on the computers and the network.
Later in 2011 Marty says it will emerge as a payware program - lower priced than PM.
Essentially a "one man show" by Marty Buchane but with good and fast support.
