Title: How to wiring ALTN FLAPS?
Post by: makoy on October 20, 2010, 12:49:41 AM
Hi,

Am working with ALTN FLAPS and landing gear panel B777.
Thinking how it works in real life.
What i have thinking is:

I put microswitch to flaps on trottle, when its UP position, switch is on.
Next i need to push FLAP OVRD from landing rear panel and then ALTN FLAPS arm from its panel to work with RET/OFF/EXT rotaryswitch ( springloaded to center )
Is this right way to do it?
Thanks

Marco

Ok, lets make it littlebit more interested.
I started to add korrys to my panels.
ALTN FLAPS panel yesterday and landing gear panel today.
So, this is result.
Question is, do i need to push flap ovrd from landing gear panel, when i want to use ALTN flaps from its panel?
Hope to get answer for this, that i know how i will wire it.

Yes it does look good.

What does the manual say about how the alternate flaps operate?
