About 12 month between these 2 pics, but it took only 48 hours of cutting priming and painting to go from a straight box to a Pedestal box.... a Sim is definitely a Long Haul Thing!

Yes it is- an absolutely great looking piece though- and I also love the updated TQ. Much more appropriate for a newer 737 I think :-)

Isn't it amazing how long this stuff takes? Anyone building a full cockpit can appreciate that. It is definitely a labor of love.

It is amazing how long it takes . . . I looked back to my first post over at the Hangar and it was back in November 2008. Compared to some of you guys that have been building for years I am a newbie. I started working toward a sim in September of 2008.
