Hello everyone, firstly i hope you all had a good Christmas and you all got plenty of toys ;)

My name is Mark and I live on a little rock in the middle of the English channel called Jersey.

I have been toying with the idea of building a cockpit for quite a while now, we have a spare room now that one of our children has moved out and so the big kid can move in ;D.
I have received ground clearance from she who must be obeyed ;D so I thought I would register here as this looks like the No1 place to be.

I mainly play WWII flight sims, IL2, combat flight sim and FSX so based on that my decision is made.

Now the fun begins, I'm not a carpenter by trade but I have dabbled :o so not wanting to be over ambitious I'm starting off simple based on what kit i am going to need.
