Title: Garys - 747-400 MIP/Glare
Post by: Garys on February 11, 2011, 02:59:05 PM
Some shots of the Mip and Glareshield. The accent lighting is accomplished with warm white led strips and the cheap led dimmers from china. All knobs on the MIP were moulded from originals. Took alot of time make and paint all of them. The EFIS and Both FMC's are original parts. Im still using the FDS-G1 for the MCP and EFIS interface, Desktop Aviator usb 20 for the EICAS, Hagstrom KE-USB24 for The FMC's and the FDS-SYS3 for the MIP. I just need to finish off the clocks and backlighting of the brake pressure guage. Thanks to PC for hosting these pics for me.

Thanks guys, yep crt in the cdu's. The f/o crt crapped itself a few weeks ago. I have a small tv in their for the time being. I have a replacement crt on the way which I hope I can get working without a ttl circuit. I will find out shortly.
