Hello all,
My name is Robert, but you can call me Jake, and I am a flight Sim addict. I have been flying some version of MSFS for some time now. Version four or five is where it started. All that time I have settled for point and click but at this time I want to step up the game and start building a cockpit or two. I say two becasue my Dad (70 something) and I (40 something) have been throwing ideas around on what we would like to see.
Later,
Robert
Welcome aboard. Lots if great folks and great ideas here.
Great to have you on board, ...both .
Choice is unlimited, do not hesitate to ask questions.
Jack
Welcome Jake.
I am a relative newby here too - seems like ages though !
The guys here are very friendly and there is a wealth of information amongst them and there are many different cockpits being constructed.
If you have a question, just ask - and don't worry, it may have been asked before but we have all been there and we are all still learning.
Hope you and your dad find the right pit(s) to build and get flying soon.
Gary
Not to far from you down here in Columbus, GA.
Thanks all,
I have been looking around and have noticed some really nice home built projects which will be the route I will be going.
Jack, Like the TQ build. Would like more info on the slip clutches and whether or not there is a less expensive solution. Like the idea of resistance when pushing forward.
Badge, Good to see someone close by. Hopefully we can share some information.
Jake
Welcome Jake!
Hey
Well, there's another guy in Georgia. Feel free to get in contact. I have a LJ45 sim as well as an up and coming panel supply business for the LJ45. I'm located down in Waycross, about 45 minutes north of the Ga/Fl state line.
Welcome to Cockpitbuilders, you're in good company here.
