This box was at the back of a B737-3 aft overhead

It says Cabin Landing Warning Module.

Jack you have to beat it up first! Cannot look at this without the slicing, dicing, just been air dropped factor applied. Since it is not like that it can only be worth $2.50 and that should be shipping paid for!

Always a shame when you see sophisticated devices like that, which  were billed thousands,  going to the garbage bin. :-[

You need to visit UAM, it would make people like us cry like babies of the items just tossed about. Last time there found an old Cooper Vane, as well as an old, but clean "remove before flight" strip on the ground. It's like an old car junk yard, where you know if it aint sold, it's going to be made into hubcaps...was going to say beer cans, but beer makers have enough from all the B727, DC9 and MD80 teardowns.

Oh well, best thing to do is go to these places and have money in hand or ask to be their break room maid, and then they might let you pick parts from the dumpster. Better yet, have your spouse/girlfriend clean the break room while you're in the dumpster!
