Title: Need a software recommendation...
Post by: geneb on July 01, 2011, 06:22:51 AM
I've decided that the last thing I want to spend my time on right now is writing an Instructor Station application for FSX.

I need something that would run on a separate machine from the main FSX box.  Can someone recommend something that would fit the bill?  Freeware or payware work.

tnx!

Hi,
Few people seem to like this and its half price this weekend. Never tried it but at half price who cares.

Yeah, when I saw the guy using it with his iPad, it was pretty much all over but the cryin'. :)  I whacked the "buy" button. :D

Hopefully it does as well for the GA types as it does for the heavies.

Now I get to go mess with getting that other software installed on my iPad tonight.  Muahahahahaha. :D

Hi Jack,
Yes it was here i read about Luis software, i to bought it but it appears to be mainly for the heavies. I do see stuff i could use for GA though. Maybe in the future GA may also be handled.
I like the failures option in particular.

I got to play with it for a bit today using Air Display and my iPad.  That combination is just the cat's ass. :)  It could be a bit more touch-friendly, but considering it's not designed for it, it does well!

I would love to see more GA oriented features though.  It's got a heavy, "heavy" bent. :)
